WP4 will map and assess the human activities affecting and being affected by marine ecosystems in the three case studies using the DPSIR approach. Based on scientific literature and expert solicitation we will develop narratives for fisheries-focused SSPs for stakeholder consultation in WP 11. Additionally, we will identify relevant stakeholders for the project as a whole with the help of local partners and specifically for consultation on mapping maritime activities and for scenario development and contextualizing the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP) in WP11. A qualitative assessment of other activities including shipping, land-based pollution and energy production will be based on available literature and expert solicitation, to feed into conceptual models in WP11.
