Information about Posters and Oral presentations

Poster information:

              Size: A0

              Orientation: landscape

There will be lightning presentations of posters right before the poster sessions (first one is on Monday and the second one is on Tuesday). The lightning presentation must not take more than 2 minutes. The shorter the better! Please prepare only one slide to attract viewers to your poster. You may want to send us a less-than-two-minutes recording if you will not be joining in person.

All posters (in PDF format) must be submitted by September 22. All posters will be made available on the TRIATLAS website before the meeting starts. More information about transferring files will come later.

Please bring a printed version of your poster to hang at the conference venue. If you will not be attending in person, please ask a colleague if they can bring your poster to the conference venue.

Regardless of joining the GA physically or digitally, every poster should have a meeting link for members who will not be in Porto de Galinhas. Do not forget to put the meeting link on your poster in an easily readable form.

The first 30-min of the poster sessions is reserved for online discussion. Then, in-person poster discussions will start and last for 90 minutes.

Lastly, if you have any reason for not presenting your poster on either Monday or Tuesday, please let Nilgun know. Which day your poster will be presented will be announced this week. It will be very difficult to change the date after that.

Oral presentation information:

Each oral presentation slot is 20-min long, including a 5-min Q&A at the end. 15-min talk + 5-min discussion.

All oral presentations must be uploaded to the local computer the day before they will be presented. More information about transferring files will come later.
